Charles A. Jordan House

This a historic house that was built in 1880. It was owned by its namesake who was a master builder and was proud of his work. The building is a large three-story masterpiece with southern charm that is the epitome of the Empire style. This work of art was definitely meant to showcase the builder’s talents.   Charles Jordan also built other residences and buildings including schools and the Avon Mill.
