This fine art counted cross stitch pattern entitled Henry Addington, 1st Viscount Sidmouth designed from a painting by John Singleton Copley shows an important British politician who served in Parliament in 1783. He later served as Speaker of the House of Commons and also became Prime Minister. He is posing here in full regalia in black velvet robes trimmed in gold. He is wearing robes befitting a king such was his power and status in British government. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. Instead, we only use an abundance of solid colors to produce a more realistic effect.
