This fine art counted cross stitch pattern entitled Allegory of Peace designed from a painting by Andrea Appiani shows Napoleon sitting on a throne with allegoric figures that represent peace and victory in times of war.  The colors are very rich and vibrant in tone, and one would almost suspect that this could be a tapestry in its original form.  The pattern is large and will definitely make a bold statement dominating the wall in which you choose to hang it and will be the topic of conversation.  This would fit well in a study, a home library, office or formal living room.  Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
