This architecture counted cross stitch pattern entitled Abbaye de Fontenay shows an abbey located in France, Founded in 1118, it is hailed as one of the oldest abbeys in Europe. Built in Romanesque style, The abbey is used to house monks, and nearly all of the original buildings have been retained and are intact. If you want to stitch an interesting piece of historical architecture, this would be the image to stitch. No blended colors are used in our patterns.
