This fine art counted cross stitch pattern entitled Feeding Time designed from a painting by Francois Martin-Kavel shows a woman holding a bird's nest that contains three hungry baby birds, and she is taking the time to feed them. This is a garden setting and the young woman is leaning against a garden wall with a large tree behind her, which is probably where she got the nest of baby birds. Off in the distance you can see the steeple of a church. The look on the woman's face shows she is an animal lover and will stop at nothing to feed the young birds. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
