This landscape counted cross stitch pattern entitled Emerging Storm shows waves rushing up on a rocky shore with an ancient ruin to the right in pillar form. A storm appears to be imminent, and it just may topple the ruin as it does not look too sturdily built. The most intriguing part of the scene is the area where the sky is bright and beautiful, and as our eyes follow the path to the right we find the sky encroaching like a dark lion progressively getting darker as we are doomed to wait for the storm that is inevitable. No blended colors are used in our patterns. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect. Only full cross stitches are used in our designs.
