This skyscape counted cross stitch pattern entitled Polaris Rising shows a very bright star rising over the ocean waters which appears to be a Polaris (North star) which is the brightest star in the constellation Ursa Minor. It is evening on the dark waters of the ocean and it is pleasant to see such a beautiful light in the sky. The waves seem to be are reacting to the star moderately splashing against the rocks, but we all know the moon is what controls the waves. Nevertheless, this is a gorgeous patter worthy of stitching. No blended colors are used in our patterns. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect. Only full cross stitches are used in our designs.
