This animal counted cross stitch pattern entitled Summer Sheep shows two sheep roaming the tall grasses of the meadow on an overcast day. The sheep seem to be in good company with each other and have developed a bond. Although they seem to have wandered away from the rest of the flock, hopefully their herder will find them and bring them back to where they belong. Of note is that the sheep on the right seems to have grown a wool coat that is thick enough for shearing while the other sheep still has a way to go. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. Instead, we only use an abundance of solid colors to produce a more realistic effect.
