This fine art counted cross stitch pattern entitled Lady in a Garden designed from a painting by Edmund Blair Leighton shows a woman dressed in white strolling through her flower garden with basket in hand to pick choice flowers perhaps to make a bouquet or flower arrangement in her home.  The garden shows a wide variety of flowers and plants growing vigorously, and there is even a vine growing against the back garden wall.  A man is seen peering through an open door in the back garden wall.  He possibly is looking to see what is taking the dear lady so long as it's quite obvious that she has become immersed in her glorious stroll through the garden.  Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
