This fine art counted cross stitch pattern, entitled Landschaft 1855, is designed from a painting by Theodor Kotsch and depicts a very dense wooded landscape with towering trees filled with dark green leaves, shrouded by overcast skies. In the clearing, a path leads to a large body of water, and two small figures (a mother and child) can be seen walking along it. The mother is carrying a jug on her head to collect water. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. Instead, we use a variety of solid colors to achieve a more realistic effect.
