This Irish counted cross stitch pattern entitled Annalong Cornmill, Ireland shows a historic mill that had been used by farmers to grind sacks of oats dating back from the early 1800's and closed in 1960.  The mill was restored for tourism in 2014 and is a seasonal attraction.  The scene is picturesque and is like stepping back into time.  This would make a lovely historic stitch to hang on the wall of your kitchen or living area, especially if you have that farmhouse style.  Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
