This landscape counted cross stitch pattern entitled Bolton Abbey shows the beautiful Bolton Abbey under a glorious sunset flanked by large trees that compliment its character.  Bolton Abbey, now technically considered Bolton Priory, is a village and parish located in the Craven district of North Yorkshire, England. It was founded in 1120, and the estate is now open to visitors.  Perhaps you might want to see the grounds by various walking trails on the site. What a handsome scene to stitch and hang on your wall as a permanent souvenir.  No blended colors are used in our patterns.  We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.  Only full cross stitches are used in our designs.
