This landscape counted cross stitch pattern entitled Gifhorn Mill Museum of Lower Saxony shows a tall dark windmill in the distance behind an inviting lake that mirrors the golden glow of dusk as it settles in.  The colors of autumn are evident in the surrounding brush with flowers of scarlet in the forefront and even the sky which appears to be tinged with bronze.  This is a beautiful mellow scene that would work well in a family room or den where earth tones are used.  Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
