This autumn counted cross-stitch pattern, Gilded Autumn on an Azure Pond, shows trees with fall foliage flanking a body of azure water. The scope and depth of the scene are fantastic and really make the eye travel beyond the peninsula out of curiosity to see what is actually there. Or, we are mesmerized by the beauty of the trees with their spectacular colors to the point that we ignore the depth and allow ourselves to get caught up in their beauty. Either way, this is a spectacular fall scene on both land and water and would make a great pattern to stitch if you like the fall season. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. Instead, we use a variety of solid colors to achieve a more realistic effect.
