This fine art counted cross stitch pattern entitled Judith Rende Gracas a Jeova designed from a painting by Pedro Americo shows Judith praising and giving thanks to God for providing protection against an Assyrian invasion of her country wherein she snuck into the enemy's encampment and beheaded the general while he was drunk. Here she is shown with her hands lifted up to Jehova (God) in praise. She is wearing a white blouson covering on top and a very ornate black, gold and burgundy skirt accented with a white sash and an ornamental sash over her abdomen. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
